Charlie and crew were fantastic. I got swindled by a mitigation company and had very little to work with. Charlie was kind and worked with me to get my son's bathroom back up and running. If you are looking for someone honest, who does an amazing job, these are the guys to call!
Had Precision Carpentry out to address rotted wood window sills on several vinyl replacement windows — not the easiest repair given the nature of vinyl installs, but the team handled it very well. They removed the windows entirely to make sure every bit of damaged wood was properly cleared out before rebuilding. Even with the extensive work, the end result looks exactly as it did before, which was important to me.
