“He arrived on time, he wasn’t able to repair my faucet . I purchased one of my choice from Home Depot, my brother went and got it for me(I was at work) Breazeale installed it. It was needed to stop the faucet drip. The faucet drip was fixed, the putty left was not attractive. Only downside was me having to remove the putty.“

“I had Mica come out to my new house to discuss adding grab bars in my 87 year old mom’s shower. He was prompt and very helpful. We discussed the location for 2 bars and the style that I wanted. W/ in minutes everything was ordered and an install time was set up. When my mom arrived at the house she decided that she didn’t want the bars. I reached out to Mica to see if I could cancel the order and he mentioned that “customer satisfaction is our priority” and that he would do whatever we would like. He offered to still come out to the house so my mom could see the bars. Upon his arrival we decided to cancel our order. Once again, Mica couldn’t have been more professional, pleasant and understanding. With in 5 minutes of Mica leaving he sent me a screenshot of the refund. Absolutely next level customer service.
