“I can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter. The shower drain was leaking through the ceiling that was detected at 8:00 PM. Impressed that I was able to explain my problem with a LIVE agent who arranged to have a tech come out the first next morning. Josh did an outstanding job of analyzing the problem and did relatively little damage cutting away ceiling drywall and removing wet insulation. He determined that the leak came from worn out caulking and suggested a firm that would both recaulk the shower area as well as replace the cut out dry wall and insulation. Josh was very professional and personable. I would definitely use him and Mr. Rooter again.“

“While burying a fiber line AT&T damaged one of our sprinkler system’s pipes. We called numerous irrigation repair companies and none could get here to fix it even though we have a family member on hospice and all the water to our house had to be cut off. Ethical sent someone out within an hour or so to look at it even though they don’t normally work on things like that. Tristan and Dorian were fantastic. “I had a hot water issue on a 3 year old tankless heater. Went to the brand’s website and got an authorized dealer/servicer’s name. They’ve been here twice, yesterday being the last time. The issue still wasn’t resolved and they left behind $2,000 estimate on all of the plumbing line & gas line issues that they said we needed to correct for the hot water heater to work properly. I called Premier Plumbing this morning & upon arrival Sean discovered the tank was leaking from a broken o- ring caused by the other plumber yesterday. Within 3 minutes he found the issue all along was an $18 filter that should have been checked during the other company’s $359 annual service. I love that Premier’s technicians are not on a commission based system. No upsells needed to get the job done. Sean was far more knowledgeable about this Brand than the other company and just fixed the problem. I do appreciate the skill and integrity of Premier’s staff and can’t recommend them highly enough. You can trust them!“

“Brian did an excellent job! I had a water leak in my wall that got my entire floor wet and even ended up leaking outside for a few days. When I called, he came out the next day early and got it fixed within an hour! He explained what I needed to do to dry out the wood and make sure it would not rot and to replace the wood panel on the floor. He was so nice! He did excellent work to install all new plumbing fixtures and convert CPVC pipes to PEX (leaving a clean crawl space). A major part of the remodel was conversion of a garden tub to a free-standing tub.
