I had Mica come out to my new house to discuss adding grab bars in my 87 year old mom’s shower. He was prompt and very helpful. We discussed the location for 2 bars and the style that I wanted. W/ in minutes everything was ordered and an install time was set up. When my mom arrived at the house she decided that she didn’t want the bars. I reached out to Mica to see if I could cancel the order and he mentioned that “customer satisfaction is our priority” and that he would do whatever we would like.
