W/ in minutes everything was ordered and an install time was set up. When my mom arrived at the house she decided that she didn’t want the bars. I reached out to Mica to see if I could cancel the order and he mentioned that “customer satisfaction is our priority” and that he would do whatever we would like. He offered to still come out to the house so my mom could see the bars. Upon his arrival we decided to cancel our order.
