“Neil came out because we had water flowing into our house drain for 35 days and he immediately went to the source. The Thermal Expansion Valve failed and he had the new one over-nighted to him the next day. Before he left, he consulted with us about the water heater being 8 years old and it DID NOT have an expansion tank, so we decided to install a new water heater with expansion tank and all is good.
