Caleb promised to have a technician out within a couple hours where other companies said it would be days before they could come. The Thermal Expansion Valve failed and he had the new one over-nighted to him the next day. Before he left, he consulted with us about the water heater being 8 years old and it DID NOT have an expansion tank, so we decided to install a new water heater with expansion tank and all is good.
