After contacting the company they recommended in in-home visit so they could show me the benefits of what their company could offer and how I could help with my arthritis and chronic lower back pain. Stuart came by And he was very friendly and not pushy at all He just told me the pros and cons of what a walk-in tub can do that a regular bathtub can’t do. My wife and I were a little skeptical at first but change isn’t always bad and after having our new walk-in bathtub for a few months you can tell the difference and it’s way better than just sitting in a regular bathtub.
