On a Sunday afternoon I didn't expect to find anyone available to help with a main drain blockage. Much less someone who would answer my call personally and seem genuinely wanting to help. I was lucky enough to find that in Nate from Mr. ROOTER. He fit me in and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The technician, Leo was great! I originally had another company come out and look at issues with my gas tankless hot water heater. Something didn’t seem right with the original quote I received. I reached out to Mr. Rooter to get a second opinion. Leo looked at my issue they confirmed that the damage was not as excessive as the original quote from another company stated. Leo communicated well and told me exactly what was wrong and how long will it take for parts to get here. He was flexible with my work schedule and very accommodating. Repairs have been made and everything is working great. Great to know honesty and trust is still out there!
