We had a great experience with Zach. He was extremely courteous and gave honest opinions without pushing sales. We look forward to having Zach and his crew out tonal fix our water heater.

Lansing Butler came out at 8:30pm to troubleshoot an odor problem with my septic system. He was very nice and pin pointed our issue quickly. I highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber and if you can get Lansing thats a bonus.

Had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced. Luke was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the work was completed in a timely manner, and everything was cleaned up afterward like he was never even there. He took the time to put everything back in place and made the whole process stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.
