Mike determined that a toilet had become unseated causing a leak. He responded the same day and ordered the necessary parts to replace the toilet and installed the new toilet the next day. In addition to the toilet replacement Mike determined that the kitchen faucet wasn't functioning properly. He installed a new kitchen faucet the same day.
