I called the company, which had been contracted to complete plumbing for my home builder three years ago. I noticed a leak in the line that was connected to the water heater. The plumber came out to look at it and said that it was due to an error during the original installation. The company took responsibility and repaired the part and reinstalled it correctly without hesitation, and at no cost to me.
