“In February of 2021 Crawlspace Medic of Columbia came out and did a partial encapsulation with a sump pump/drain and a dehumidifier. I had severe moisture issues and standing water under my house. They worked with me on a solution i could afford that would get the job done. Once a year they come out and check moisture readings, the sump, and service the dehumidifier and I never have a problem. They are fast and friendly. I called last week and they came to St Matthews in less than three business days.”

Made a temporary fix, so that we could have water that night. Returned the next morning to install new pipe & spigot. Repaired wood & siding that had to be cut. Looks better now than before the break! He was very pleasant & knowledgable, as were the office staff. Would definitely call on them again!”
