Today I had a new sump pump installed in the well in my basement. As always CPS showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation and then took the old one out and installed an even better one in a very short time. Thank you.

Ryan was fantastic. He arrived on schedule and went right to work. He was good natured. He put me at ease and made me feel confident that a repair was possible (very important with company arriving in 2 days). A great experience!

The lovely receptionist at CPS called me back within 30 minutes to give me a next day appointment.Robert arrived on time and efficiently replaced the broken inners of one toilet and repaired a leaking faucet in another bathroom. All this was done for a reasonable cost.Robert was courteous ,engaging and most knowledgeable .CPS Drain and Plumbing are my new “go to” company for any plumbing problems.
