Crawlspace Medic of Columbia

In February of 2021 Crawlspace Medic of Columbia came out and did a partial encapsulation with a sump pump/drain and a dehumidifier. I had severe moisture issues and standing water under my house. They worked with me on a solution i could afford that would get the job done. Once a year they come out and check moisture readings, the sump, and service the dehumidifier and I never have a problem. They are fast and friendly. I called last week and they came to St Matthews in less than three business days.

They arrived on time, thoroughly explained what they would do, and quoted a firm price. They also followed up on a problem after the job was completed. They are good about responding.

Crawlspace Medic has serviced our home for several years. Few homeowners want to navigate the challenges of a crawlspace alone, particularly in an older home. Crawlspace Medic gives us confidence that our investment is protected against water and critters. A huge shoutout goes to Clark for coming to our assistance on a Friday afternoon to ensure a sump pump was working properly. His kindness and professionalism were unmatched. I highly recommend Crawlspace Medic.
