Mr. Odom and his assistant demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Despite our last-minute request, Mr. Odom was able to arrive at our residence promptly. The final outcome was exceptional, and we were thoroughly satisfied with their work and professionalism.
Mr Odom came to my rescue and repaired my gas fireplace. The pilot light would not stay on and other companies told me it couldn't be repaired but I didn't believe that. He arrived on time and worked me into his schedule. Using his skills, he fixed my fireplace and now I have backup heat in case of power failure. I highly recommend PERFECTO PLUMBING for all your plumbing and gas needs. Thank you Mr. Odom.
Attempted to replace an old toilet due to it leaking. Ended up being a bigger job than we had anticipated. I contacted Perfecto Plumbing and received a quote over the phone. They came out timely and completed the job even with it not being just a simple fix. I appreciated the communication that was easy and how quickly they came out to our home too. We appreciate it and will recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. Along with planning on using this company for any of our future needs. Thank you, it was a pleasure working with you.
