Charles W. was our technician. He was absolutely amazing. Charles was extremely professional and knowledgeable of what was needed. He answered all of our questions in ways for us to fully understand. He was very patient with us as he explained what was causing the leak and what was required to repair it.
Having recently purchased our home, we had some questions about our plumbing since we have well & city water. Charles took time to show & tell what was & should be in our home and outside. First of all, Roto Roter provide prompt real person response to my request. Someone got back to me the next day with a plumber to come out to my home. Usually, this IS a problem since I don't live in Columbia.
As far as the plumber's work; Excellent. I had a variety of things I needed done and frankly I did not know where everything was located, like keys to a shut off box. Thankfully, she was very patient and I was able to locate the key that was needed.
