As the owner of a service company, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and Roto-Rooter exceeded my expectations.

Charles W. was our technician. He was absolutely amazing. Charles was extremely professional and knowledgeable of what was needed. He answered all of our questions in ways for us to fully understand. He was very patient with us as he explained what was causing the leak and what was required to repair it.
Having recently purchased our home, we had some questions about our plumbing since we have well & city water. Charles took time to show & tell what was & should be in our home and outside. I cannot express our gratitude, or our confidence in Charles as OUR plumber. He, for us is Roto Rooter of Florence! We are beyond satisfied!
