After a failed home warranty experience we began to search for someone else to come fix some broken items including a sink and toilet. Two other companies failed to respond within 48 hours and still haven’t but Cottrell was on the spot. Quick, honest and an advocate of the customer. Walked me thru the entire job, the pros and cons of each decision. This experience was the definition of what a 5* experience should be. Kudos. This was even the manager of the office that took time to come to my house so the issue got addressed quickly.

I had Cottrell and Co. do the plumbing of the gas line for my new Generac standalone natural gas generator this April 2026. From Jill in the office coordinating appointment to Mike and Brian doing the plumbing to relations and expertise with Josh Todd the office manager everything was done with expertise. I have used Cottrell since moving to S.C. nine years ago for all my plumbing needs.… read full review
