Last year, I contracted with Renuity to put a polyurea coating down in my garage. I was quite pleased with the results, so decided to get a similar coating for my patio. I was initially satisfied with the patio as well, but after about 3 months or so, I noticed what looked like a circular stain and a streak in the finish. Also, it appeared that some of the coating was missing in the spacing in between the different sections of the patio where I thought there should be some.
I made a warranty call to Renuity and was able arrange for an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. The company sent Brian out, who arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was professional and personable, and he inspected my patio. He couldn’t explain for certain the circular imperfection, but said that the streak looked like perhaps the previous installers accidentally dragged a tool through the finish.
Brian’s decision was to put down a fresh new coating on the impacted portion of my patio, and he advised there would be no additional charge to complete the job, which took about 2 hours to complete. My patio now looks great again! And I told Brian I really appreciated that he took the time to do an excellent job of cleaning up and removing the excess flakes from my grass.
The way that Renuity and Brian handled this is the way it’s supposed to be. They have a great product and outstanding customer service that respects the concerns of the customer and strives to achieve customer satisfaction. I’m happy with the work Renuity has done for me, and I highly recommend them. If you’re thinking about getting a coating for a space at your home give them a call. And ask for Brian!

These folks have taken the complex and allowed everyone from savvy medical professionals to grade school children to understand better how we can remain healthy by proper immune support. While searching to find a Himalayan salt, breathing room, I came across this listing on Yelp. I made an appointment and the owner provided very helpful communication to me prior to my visit. I was informed to bring white socks in order to walk on the salt and to wear comfortable clothing. She gave me the address and was able to reschedule my appointment once I found out that the location was a bit of a distance from my home and my work. The actual Salt Room is located in the residence of the owner. While that did not make me uncomfortable, it may be a consideration for others. The owner is a warm, delightful and knowledgeable woman who created her breathing spa after personally benefiting from salt therapy. The location is clean and well maintained. The owner was able to give me information about salt therapy and it's benefits while making no guarantees. I was shown to a small area where I was able to take off my shoes and put on my white socks. I had to leave my electronics and personal items outside of the room. Inside the salt room, there are about 6 zero gravity chairs. I was given a warm, comfortable blanket and my chair was reclined so that I was laying back comfortably. My session was very relaxing, and I may have fallen asleep. At the end of the session, the owner came in and asked me about my experience. While I was putting my shoes on and gathering my personal items, she shared some session packages that will allow you to save money on visits. There is even a senior citizen price. I enjoyed this experience, although I don't think that I will return simply due to the distance, I would need to travel from my home or work.
