We had another plumbing come out prior to contacting Red Dragon Plumbing through our home warranty but the issue was never resolved. Months later we called Red Dragon plumbing and he came out the same day. He assessed the reason for the lack of water flow in one of our bathrooms. Once he identified the problem, he even talked to the water company on our behalf. We were able to get the problem fixed and the customer service provided was great!!

My water heater was leaking from the bottom so I contacted my home warranty company, American Home Shield. They sent out Kevin from Red Dragon. Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first with this company because of some reviews I've read on here and this being my first experience with getting my water heater looked at was not the best feeling. Kevin showed up on time and when he saw it and inspected it, immediately knew it needed to be replaced (which is what we were afraid was going to happen).
