It was an amazing experience!! The wash was very relaxing and comforting, I felt no pain at all. As a person with 4c hair, washes and blow dries have always been very painful for me. For the first time ever I was able to close my eyes and relax while getting my hair washed. She was very gentle and did not tug or pull my hair at all. The blowdrying part was the same. She was very nice and understanding as well as versatile. She even flat ironed a bit after to get it more flatter to our personal taste with no charge. She gave me tips on my hair and educated me about it, being very helpful and encouraging. Music being played was fire too 🥹🥹
