I want to just say that while yes, Sada is a great across the board instructor she is also a very gifted life coach. She really shows up for people in this community and is committed to giving people the tools they need to feel good and develop skills. Sada is no nonsense, and will challenge you to try and push you when she knows you can do something but she really is the sweetest most genuine person you will meet. She has also surrounded herself with other very good instructors so really, give any of the classes a try!
