Awful service. I get this included with my housing at Charles gate. Pest guy passed judgement and gave me trouble because I asked him why he is looking in my cabinets. He did not treat for roaches previously and if I do have food in my cabinets I do need to eat to live. My house is clean and I do take care of.Someone across hall has mice not I cuz I have a cat 😊 I'll treat my dam self. One thing for sure someone not gonna disrespect me in my own house that I pay rent for. Tyler does pass judgement as he has done so previously stepping in my house and telling me it smells. Waltham Pest Services started out great for us- our original technician Jesse was so helpful and thorough, we didn’t have any major issues just fruit flies and ear wigs in the yard that he treated for. However after the first year, it seemed like nothing was covered in the contract. Wood-boring insects- not covered, bees nests- only so high, and then most recently, fruit flies aren’t covered either- so what’s covered?! When I asked the technician to treat our yard for earwigs like they did last year, he asked me what I wanted him to do and when I said I don’t know you’re the expert, he just drove away.
