“This salon is fantastic, very relaxing atmosphere, pleasant and friendly staff. They very kindly honored a gift certificate that I didn't realize was from the previous salon. I was able to get a facial and massage, which was wonderful and relaxing. The staff will chat if you want to be friendly, or will be respectful if you prefer quiet. I highly recommend Butter Day Spa and will tell my friends!“

“A Life-Changing Doctor - Please Read Before You Live Another Day in Pain
If you read nothing else, just know this: make an appointment. I drive an hour each way to see him, and it’s worth every mile.

I’ve lived with full-body pain for 20 years, ever since I had my son. Every year it got worse. I woke up exhausted, then went from back pain, to leg pain, and ended the day with such bad foot pain that I couldn’t walk for more than five minutes. I’m only 42. I’ve always been active, biking, tennis, hiking, kayaking, gardening, skating, but eventually the pain became unbearable.
I saw multiple doctors and no one could explain what was wrong because all my tests came back “normal.” By the time I found Dr. Rodger, I was dealing with daily migraines, neck pain, severe body pain, hip pain, and arthritis in my knee that made walking difficult. Sitting for more than two minutes made standing up feel like torture.
A co-worker kept recommending the Gonstead method (look it up). I was skeptical because past chiropractors just cracked everything without evaluating my spine. I actually got worse, nausea, dizziness, and pain so bad I couldn’t drive home. When I mentioned it, the chiropractor dismissed me I swore I’d never go back.
But my co-worker insisted, and I finally made an appointment on September 18, 2025. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Rodger and his wife, Dennis, were kind and professional. On the first visit, they took X-rays and truly listened. On the second visit, he reviewed them, explained what he found, and created a targeted treatment plan based on the X-rays, no guessing.
My plan started at 3 visits a week, then 2, then 1. By week 3, my headaches were already better. By week 8, most of my body pain was gone. At 13 weeks, I felt like a different person.
He also added laser and shockwave therapy for my knee arthritis. After four treatments, I could go up and down stairs without sharp pain, which used to terrify me.
IMPORTANT FOR NEW PATIENTS
Please understand this: healing takes time. After years of pain, inflammation, and misalignment, you can’t expect overnight results. The body often needs about a year to fully stabilize. Maintenance care is essential so you don’t go back to living in pain. Just like oil changes for a car, you must take care of your body regularly. I continue maintenance visits to keep improving.
I’ve lived with pain for 20 years, and now I can finally move without fear. Last week I even danced again, and it felt amazing not to worry I’d be suffering afterward.
If you’re living with pain, please give yourself a chance to feel better.
Dr. Rodger gave me my life back, and I will always be grateful.“

“Becky is amazing. She really took the time to find out why I was in pain, and offer ideas to change my workstation at home to discourage the pain from coming back. She basically eradicated my neck pain in one visit, and did so without causing pain during the massage. I will definitely be back!“
