We make a whole day out of coming down to town and the spa is the center of it.The most recent time we were there the help of the staff and in particular Kristen was exceptional.My husband and I wanted to do something we love together before a lengthy deployment for military and here we came. With the clientele that day a little louder and more rambunctious than other times, Kristen did her best to rectify the situation and make us feel seen. The front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. The facilities were stunning, only complaint would be that the locker room is quite small but not much you can do about that. She asked me a bunch of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The bed was warm and comfy and the hot stone massage Lizzy performed was HEAVENLY!
