You can’t expect NYC treatment in RI, and honestly I like this place for basic pedicures, manicures… would NOT come here for Gel-X Etc, but seriously for the price and quality of nails done… can’t beat it. Always willing to take clients late night too, which HELLO— we love that. Thanks so much Signature! Will be back! 😘
I’ve spent my summer weekends in Newport for years and have visited several nail salons in the area. I decided to stop into Signature Nails & Spa for a gel polish change and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, my nails looked beautiful and I left very happy with the quality of the work.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the price. I was charged $41 (not including tip which I did my usual 20%) for a gel polish change, which I found to be considerably higher than other salons I’ve visited in Newport. This place use to be really good, now they rush you through.. I had to ask the guy to remove the dead skin on my toes, he then used nail clippers!!! Won’t go back spent 100 bucks on a crap job
