I have been getting facials from JoAnn since 2020 - she is the only person I will trust with my skincare! She is cognizant of my personal needs and is happy to suggest gentle products that will work for me. She uses OSEA products during her facials and explains each step and how it is beneficial to me. Just had my first facial (ever) with JoAnn, incredible experience. I love that she uses OSEA products, very knowledgeable, and I felt like she was really receptive to my skin goals. It was hands down the most relaxing, luxurious, 60 minutes of my life - I feel relaxed and my skin is glowing. Space is very clean and warm/welcoming, appreciated communication prior to my appointment, very professional before/during service, etc. Love to support and recommend small local businesses when I can, and JoAnn did not disappoint. Would highly recommend, especially if you've been on the fence about booking a facial!

Joann did an amazing job with my pre-wedding facial. All of the products she used were so nice on my skin. My typically dry skin felt so hydrated for days! Her space was very relaxing and quiet. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a facial in the area. Joann's facial was just as good if not better than some of the very expensive spas in the area! 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely be back!
