I came from out of state so I was nervous to have someone do my hair who I hadn't had it done with before, but I was having a horrible hair day. I am SO glad I came in and got Isabella to do my hair!!! She was so kind and warm and welcoming and she did amazing on my hair. I had such smooth and voluminous curls and got the PERFECT trim length (usually people get it wrong!!) I loved her attention to detail and will definitely come back next time im in RI!
Libby took on this very emotional project. I have been dynamically disabled sonce at least 2013. Ive almost always had my hair past the middle of my back, but dur to my health declining further, I can no longer handle the length or the weight due to chronic scalp pain. I cried twice in the chair and Libby was so gentle taking her time and even advising to cut a little longer at first and then asses if more is needed. She is utterly empathetic and an artist. She has ligtened my hair and dyed it... great with curly hair. The more I look at.. it looks more healthy, it will only take like a minute to style. Here to rave about my appointment with Libby! She’s truly an intuitive nail tech. I came in a bit nervous because I hadn’t had my nails done since senior prom! I've also been through medical trauma which has really amplified my need for a sense of bodily autonomy. She was extremely understanding and patient and for that I’m truly grateful. Getting your nails done by Libby isn't just getting your nails done, it's a restorative experience.
