The facials and massages are always amazing. My only wish is that they would add saunas and steam rooms. It's really just an in and out for treatments but not an actual spa day with all the perks.
Went to the Spa again for a deep tissue massage, Carol was not on today, but Katherine was and she was amazing! Just what I needed and they take care of the locals. Easy parking in Winter too! I'll be back. So clean and updated.
We come here every year and enjoy many services and expect to be greeted with kindness and have good treatments that is comparable to the price. This time it felt rushed and like a transaction. The stone massage had barely any hand touch. The soap in the bathroom is dispenser and not classy. When asked to have bottled water as their water has flavored drops ( which they sell in the hallway) in them, they expressed they don’t have any. Overall we will be considering a new place next year.
