We cannot sing Rene and his team’s praises highly enough. Rene is without exaggeration very professional, an excellent contractor, ethical and compassionate as well. When my vulnerable elderly mother had a boiler malfunction in November 2023, she called her regular plumber who she had trusted for years and who happened to have good reviews. They insisted they would not help her unless they replaced the boiler for over $7,500, after rebates. As she was vulnerable and stressed about having no heat during winter, she placed a deposit for about $3500 with her regular plumber. Mom told me she did not feel good about their ultimatum and their sales tactics over the years as they had repeatedly pressured her to replace her boiler, when it was only several years old. Rene and his team responded right away after I called several contractors who were not available and came right away late on a Friday for an estimate. The next Saturday morning, he immediately and expertly repaired the boiler for only $750 so that it is good working condition. Mom had seen the other experienced plumbers work before and was pleasantly surprised that Rene and his team were so talented and kind. Unfortunately, in mid-February, as my mother has a health problem, she called him again when she thought there was a lot of wind in the home; we believe she was dizzy. Rene promptly examined the boiler and even thoroughly inspected the home as a courtesy visit. He did not find any issues, and my mother was quite happy afterwards. Rene expressed his concern for my mom’s health and has been patient and courteous the entire time. When mom called him again on May 10 due to the same issue, Rene patiently contacted me again. He has truly gone above and beyond for his clients. (We’ve urged my mom again to see a doctor and are relieved she does feel much better again.) The fact Rene is such a great contractor and also truly cares about his clients’ well being is simply fantastic. Thank you so much, Rene!

We love living with Moran Properties. They have a very responsive maintenance staff. Great amenities and even better service. They put on various community events at no additional cost to the tenants and do an excellent job maintaining the entire property. Katie and Erin are very professional and helpful; they helped moving in feel seamless. If you have the opportunity to live at one of their units, I would hop on it.
Pat and his team just did a great job on rebuilding the decaying top of my very tall 25+ year old chimney (~40 ft).
He was also able to handle the install of a high efficiency wood burning insert for my fireplace which included installing a new 316 stainless steel liner.
Added 2 caps that it didn't have before. One for the insert and the other into the flue going into the basement for the boiler and water heater. ...No more tragic critter remains to be found.
Also next to the chimney (and scaffolding) had a broken dryer vent exhaust cap that he was able to replace with a new one that I had purchased ...saving me the need to get a taller ladder and doing it myself.
He was great to deal with and easy to talk to ...keeping in mind everyone is busy and working on a bigger project like mine requires some flexibility and good weather.
Took less than 2 days to do the work. They were careful in working around the property to minimize any damage and even made me aware of some plantings that should be moved due to the positioning of the scaffold ...rather than not caring about the surroundings.
Could tell there were strong bonds with the crew ...very much like a family. Actually his father was part of the team. Pleasantly, there was no big convoluted corporate/franchise feel ...just a good home run professional business.
And of course, cost was very reasonable when compared to some other quotes ...and some others that didn't even want to consider quoting the job given the height.
Would definitely consider them first should future masonry work be needed.
Just need to now find and get a good cord of kiln dried wood to enjoy a cozy toasty winter ...and hopefully much smaller heating bills.
Once again Bill's team worked tirelessly to achieve greatness. The team arrived & replaced many feet of old septic line. Did a remarkable job. I Highly recommend if you need their service!!! Cheers

Great place to go. Been going here for a few years now and they always do an amazing job. Walk ins are welcome but I would recommend getting an appointment. I always have the same barber do my haircut and it comes out perfectly everytime.

5 stars honestly does not do this office justice. Exceedingly rare, borderline unheard of, to find a medical service provider operating at this level of skill and care.
Had to seek out second opinion from Dr. Vutech following continually substandard dental care at a different office. On my first visit, he quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed a very complicated molar root canal. This procedure, on my first ever visit to the office, totally alleviated the pain I had been experiencing for months. Pain that had resulted from several ineffective visits to my previous dentist.
The standard of care at this office coupled with the skill in executing a difficult procedure made this, by far, the best dental office experience in my life. I hope to be a patient here for life.
