“My electric forced air furnace from the late 70's was on its last legs and parts were no longer available I have always wanted a heat pump to be paired with my replacement furnace when the time came. I had quotes from 8 companies. Howard from S&S came twice to look at my system and recommend the best options for my home. At first I had questioned the suggestion as the unit was smaller than the other companies quoted. Upon further research I found that given my living space, the others were quoting units far too large for my needs S&S had the best financing options as well as a better warranty on labour than most. He showed up exactly when he said he would which meant a lot. The technicians were on time and called me 15 minutes before arrival. They also took the time to put down floor protection and ensure no damages took place during the install. The installation took only 7 hours. Much faster than I assumed. Once complete, the head installer took the time to walk me through everything and ensure that I was comfortable with operating and maintaining the system. The minute they turned the units on, for the first time since I've owned the house, I felt cool air in my upstairs. The outside unit is virtually silent. I would only ever recommend a company used if everything went according to plan, I was pleased with the service provided and had no surprises or hidden costs appear afterwards. This company fits the bill. I waited several weeks before reviewing my system to ensure that I was confident with the experience Top notch service!!! Thank-you!! “Companies differentiate themselves with service and Air Green excels. Months before installation Vlad and Sebastian spent many hours looking at my current heating and air conditioning and offered detailed suggestions on how Air Green could improve it with minimal interruption. They also clearly outlined in English and French the costs and benefits of each option and the best rebates from the government. Based on their first class communication, I said yes to Air Green. Kudos to their hard working installation team who spent hours in the hot sun on the roof of my building. The President of my condo board said it was a perfect job. My new Sharp, ductless AC runs quietly and as promised cools my entire condo. I can’t say enough great things about Air Green and particularly Sebastian. “The heat pump was installed with very low quality: 1) Internal coil. The main air filter case was removed together with the old coil. The new filter case was not installed with new coil box. The heat pump can’t work without the main filter. The coil will be plugged by dust soon. The air quality will be bad. The air sips through gaps and holes. The copper pipes are hung without support. Not right for constant use and 12 years warranty. 2) The estimator Jean – Philippe Desrochers told me the new thermostat will be installed and included in the price. I chose Wi-Fi thermostat. The installation team came with a simple thermostat, so it was not installed. 3) The outdoor unit was installed at an old support. The installation doesn’t look solid and accurate. Thin screws and drilled holes are used instead of standard fixing holes and bolts. The screw heads are smaller than fixing holes. Must be reinstalled with more accuracy adjusting the old support to fit new dimensions, and appropriate hardware. They should install it on the wall or close to the wall, under the roof shield for better weather protection but the estimator or installer didn’t discuss this possibility with me.

Most of the problems are fixed now, the outside unit reinstalled, new Wi-Fi thermostat installed, it works, I can recommend this company.“
