Earlier this winter I had a problem with water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby. A quick check showed that it was not my roof (whew) but the ventilation system that came with the house. I didn't want any temporary DIY type solutions, so I checked Google for nearby services and found ThermoLux. They wasted no time in sending a specialist to find the real cause (next morning). The price was good, the proposed repair date close enough (within the week in fact!) that I could sleep at night while waiting for the repair. Initially Thermolux came just to check out my system to make sure it was okay as I had just moved into a new house and it was a very old hot water heating system. They did a great job and they only charged me for what was needed, initially I had asked for a full cleaning but since the system was well maintained and clean they told me it wasn't needed and thus didn't charge me for it. I then asked them for suggestions on upgrading or revamping the system and it got a little strange.
