The support rep (wish I could remember his name) responded very quickly to my email request (contacting me twice by phone and doing some research that determined an earlier contact I had by someone claiming to be from GMP was very likely not. This saved me problems that may have occurred later on. Thank you!
Got up at 4am, while walking through the kitchen I noticed I was in a pool of water. The hot water tank was leaking like crazy.. I called GMP (through the gas company which I found online). They made a an appointment for a call at 7pm. At 7: 10 ,
I got the call - the repair guy was coming in the afternoon. He came at 11 in the am. Fixed the tank, And I am happy, just had a hot bath. LIfe is good! And the water is hot!
Excellent service! The technician, Farid, is one of the best we've ever had come to our house for any issue from any company. He was remarkably professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. You'd almost think he owned the company!
