They were not able to resolve my problem with my gas water heater but Stéphanie Blanchette was very cordial during our problems to try to find solutions. In the end, they generously didn't charge for the wasted time. It is very professional and appreciated.

I recently started working for Allard & Ricard, 6 weeks after being hired i had a plumbing situation at my home. My mom who lives below me was also affected due to a leak in my bathroom with dripped into hers. She is an eldely lady, and not in good health, so stress was on a high level. Without any hesitation Stephanie Blanchette took my case in charge. With help from Pierre Olivier, they dispatched Alan and Vincent to my place within an hour. They were advised by me of my moms situation and were outstandingly respectful of the situation. They were quick on finding the problem, fixed it and were done within if even an hour and a half. I have utilized the services of this plumbing company on multiple occasions, both for personal projects and for our condo association. Without fail, they have consistently delivered outstanding work. The team has been responsive, addressing all of my inquiries with patience and expertise.
