Our first A/C was bought 25 years ago from Guaranteed Industries and Monever Chaudhary was the sales person at the time. The Lennox machine performed exceptionally well during that time but age got the better of it. We needed to replace the unit and called Guaranteed Industries for a quote. The same sales person came to provide us with exceptional sale and after sale service. We are proud owners of Lennox Air Conditioning machines and Guaranteed Industries are the only company we let install and service our equipment. Thank you for all that great service over the years.

Je suis très satisfaite de ma thermopompe. Elle est efficace et correspond très bien à ce qu'on m'avait promis. Les installateurs sont gentils et très professionnels. Le travail a été exécuté rapidement et très proprement. On m'a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appareil et comment l'entretenir. Seul petit bémol, le manuel d'instruction était en anglais seulement. Mais M. Shapiro m'a rapidement fait parvenir un exemplaire en français. Je recommande chaudement les Industries Garanties
