I can't say enough good things about Francis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. You can tell right away that he's honest and genuinely trustworthy, which is rare to find.
Their admin was fantastic too! She listened patiently, was efficient, solved the problem quickly, and got my appointment set up with no hassle quicker than expected! From now on, I'm only working with them. Highly recommend!

The ACTIF team is truly outstanding — even five stars don’t feel enough to describe how good they are. Throughout the entire installation and commissioning process, every team member was professional, dedicated, and humble. They did everything they could to accommodate our requests. In particular, Slava was exceptional — throughout the entire half-month installation period, he was on site from start to finish, easy to communicate with, polite, and highly professional. We have Francis also, nice technician.
