He provided an estimate very quickly and was very straightforward on what needed to be done and how much it would be (very reasonable price). He didn't try to upsell or add unnecessary work, just exactly what needed to be done for the job to be correct.

His crew came out and knocked it out in a day. I didn't talk with them much but they seemed like good people.

“Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
