Splain's Superior Construction

We used Splain’s Superior Construction to finish our kitchen and flooring project. We had an issue with a previous contractor who did not finish the job. We were losing hope in finding an honest contractor. We were given Michael’s number; we called him, and he was out that day to evaluate the job. He produced an estimate about 3 days later. It was a reasonable price for the work that needed to be completed. We were going to sign the contract, and my husband had a health crisis, so everything was placed on hold. When things settled down a few months later, we contacted Michael again, and he still had our contract, and the fee for the work was still the same. We signed the contract, and a start date was set up very quickly. The job was completed in about two weeks, including waiting for the countertop to be delivered, cut, and polished. This was extremely fast, especially considering Michael and his team fit our project in between two others they were finishing. Michael was in contact with us daily during the project. We are so happy with our new kitchen and flooring, and our faith in the contracting industry has been restored. We will definitely be using Splain’s Superior Construction for our future projects.
