The dedicated carpenters that completed our basement remodeling project in August 2022 were fantastic: they were polite, timely, took the time to inform us daily on the project's status, and sought input from us on decisions that needed to be made during the project. We had two insurance claims for our home. We had been working with a company that started out great but then strung us along for months. Our insurance company suggested Creation Services. From the start, Rick and Jordan were professional and put us at ease knowing our situation. They did an amazing job with our home for the insurance claims. We also inquired about installing a door for that I had damaged. The selection was great, installation was quick and painless.
