“I had water coming up through my flooring in the unfinished part of our basement this summer due to heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure. Nothing severe, and an inch or less of water but in various places. I knew a tile drain was the best route but with plans to eventually move I did not want to drop a lot of money. I called and spoke to the owner which let me tell you is amazing. Their phone goes straight to the owner, and after having tried to get quotes from other companies who never called back, this was a welcome relief. Brent, the sales person came out the next day and gave me a fair and honest quote that was really inexpensive considering the work that needed done. He was a straight shooter, cut to the chase and didn't try to upsell. I also appreciated that the work was guaranteed for the time we own the home and that they'd be happy to speak to the buyer when we do sell. I told him my budget and he worked within it. I am still in disbelief of the great deal we got. The installers were friendly and cleaned up tremendously. I was a bit nervous when I saw how dusty and messy the project was, but they really came through to put everything back the way it was! There was a slight mixup about our backup battery system from our original sump pump, and Dave assured me it would be squared away for us. I'm really impressed how seamless this major project went. I've had numerous large cost projects done in the last year and a half with local contractors and businesses, and I have to say this was probably the least stressful and best bang for our buck. Everyone was pleasant from start to end. I will be recommending to family and friends.“

They have bailed us out on more than one occasion where the schedule gets moved or changed. We work with Dustin Lewis. He is professional, polite, and quick to respond with questions or answers to set up trucking and crane work. He even went to the length of escorting a wideload into D.C. for us. “This company is amazing had first half of windows done by them, loved it so had the other half done and where looking into doors with them. The windows helped with air flows and keeping cool and heat in and out of house there is a difference now and it's a great one more comfortable in the house with better windows. There works normal takes 3 to 4 hours but it's 100 percent reliable and worth the money. The team was very respectful and friendly.“
