Razzle Dazzle Balloons was at the York JCC for the Purim festival. My daughter and I went and there were a lot of people, so the lines were long. However, you guys did a great job at moving them along very quickly and professionally. We interacted with 3 of your employees, and every single one was so talented and AMAZING!! I struggle in crowds and doing small talk in crowds, but your employees were so kind and entertaining that it gave my daughter and I a sense of belonging and focus within the chaos. Thank you for immediately seeing my cat on such short notice. I called and within 25 minutes my cat was being seen by the doctor. The doctor was very nice, polite and explained everything he was doing and took plenty of time to ask me questions and listened to everything I told or asked him. The pricing was very fair, especially with it being an emergency visit.
My cat did immediately eat nearly an entire bowl of wet food as soon as we got back home and she showed a little energy - two things she hasn't done much of recently.
