The bi-monthly scans let you see the changes your body is making, which is clutch when the scale doesn’t show what you feel. The workouts focus on a combination of strength and cardio that help the weight to drop and muscle to grow. There is a great focus on form and I never worried about pushing too hard and getting hurt. I also signed up for Nutritionist counseling which was a missing piece that helped me make better lifestyle changes to get the results I was looking for.”
