“When I move to PA I search for a trainer for a couple years before I found New Mind and Body personal training. I am so happy I found them. I was pretty sedentary in my office job and realized how much help I needed to remain heathy as I get older. Tim is an excellent trainer. He listens, motivates and works with any issues you may have. I feel so much stronger now and the way my clothes fit are a bonus! I highly recommend this team of dedicated individuals that have a wonderful passion to help you be the best you can! My girlfriend and I are visiting from out of town and needed a place to get our lifts in for the week. We found Main Street Gym and the owner Kevin is awesome!!! Super friendly and made us feel welcome the minute we stepped in.

The guests are super respectful with re-racking weights, cleaning off machines, and overall a friendly crowd.

There’s tons of cool equipment, multiple rooms so it never feels too crowded, and plenty of weights!

We can’t recommend a better gym in the area than Main Street Gym.

“Haven’t been to a gym in many years and had a bit of anxiety about going.

Have to say today was my first time going and Alyssa at the front desk was so nice and inviting.

Whatever I asked her she answered with a smile and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

I like the laid back atmosphere here as well. It wasn’t too crowded at all during a time when I would have expected it to be.

Was able to get on all the machines I wanted without hesitation.

So happy I decided to take a chance and finally go. I have a feeling I am really going to like it here.“
