Great gym..Lost of classes, pools, clean UPDATE: Still the same... great gym w/ lots of equipment, indoor track & 3 pools. One for aqua therapy, the second for aqua workouts & a large pool for swimming laps...locker room is very clean...
I love steel fitness! The variety of equipment and that they have a pool is unique. Also, a big plus is that everything is super clean. They have big fans that run and they keep the temperature comfortable for working out.
I have been going to Steel Fitness for 6 months now, and I’ve had a trainer named DeAndré since I started. He has helped me lose 100 pounds so far with more to come. He has been more than a trainer to me, but also a friend. I wouldn’t have had anywhere near as much success without him. So, if you are looking to make a change in your life ask for DeAndré. Where together you can become a healthier version of yourself.
