Highly recommend this facility and my trainer Jacinda. Over the last few months I have seen progress to my physique, endurance and strength. Jacinda manages to be mindful of your concerns while keeping the workouts new and engaging. At first I thought I might only do this for a few months, but due to Jacinda’s knowledge and dedication I will be continuing indefinitely. If you’ve been looking for a modern and clean facility with qualified staff, I recommend giving Body Elite a try.

Personal trainers and group classes are tailored to meet individual needs. In my case, building strength and increasing mobility have allowed me to lead an increasingly active life. The staff and trainers are personable and always professional. Trainers are knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition, and keep abreast of latest pertinent information in overall health. I have been coming to BE 3 times a week since March 2019. Each trainer has a degree in Exercise Science and when you combine all the years of education and experience between the staff, it’s a lot of knowledge. I have trained with several trainers here. I am stronger, more balanced and have more stamina. I highly recommend Body Elite and their trainers!
