Mr. Monz was such a professional. He and his helper were clean, quick and took my phone call and text message, without hesitation. Pin hole in a copper pipe and hot water shutoff valve on old basement sink; fixed in NO TIME AT ALL. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend Jim Monz Plumbing
I needed my entire sewer line replaced and got many estimates with a range ok 10k difference between them. Jim Monz wasn't the cheapest but I chose him because he responded quick and seemed like a "not screwing around" kinda guy and he let me tell him what I wanted done.He and his guy showed up when they said they would, did the job he said he would and for the price he said it would be...what more could you ask for. I will definitely be calling him back when I'm in need of a plumber.
We bought a refrigerator at one of the big box stores in Cranberry. They wouldn’t hook up the water line because we have copper. My husband tried to hook it up and it ended up leaking all over the floor down to our basement. I called Jim on a Sunday afternoon and he came right away. Not only did he fix the leak, he took out and changed the copper! Other companies wanted to charge an “emergency” fee but Jim only charged $131.50. He wouldn’t even accept a tip!!
