“Ben and son were excellent to work with on our new shower installation. Ben was patient and walked me through all the design decisions. We had an old shower with a curtain and high entrance step. Our new tiled shower with glass doors is easy to step inside.
Ben worked with me to get the perfect size recessed shelf in the shower. They did an excellent job cutting, matching and installing the tiles.
I love the doors that are on my shower because they have a coating on them and they dry streak free. No squeegee needed. I would highly recommend Ben for bath remodeling.? Ben is an honest businessman.“

Our boiler was broken and another company quoted us >$2000 after charging almost $200 for the quote and another $200 as down-payment for the part (which they said would take 2 weeks to come in!). We called these guys for a 'second opinion' and they were able to fix the problem right then with a simple part they already had with them in their truck! While they were there, they also bled-out the radiators and fixed a few other things. All for less then than $300. They were so nice and so excellent and took their time to fix everything we needed. Never calling any other company again!“

“We've been having problems with our boiler pumps failing nearly once a year. Fagnelli recommended flushing the system to clear out any particles of rust or corrosion that might be fouling the pumps. They came out and did this very efficiently. Now time will tell whether that extends the life of pumps, which is what we expect. As usual, they are very courteous and pleasant, and very competent.“
