“I've been coming here for years but today was first time I had a Zoom appt where eye doctor was not physically in the exam room with me. I still got a thorough eye exam with all the equipment. If you do Zoom appointment I believe the eye equipment is even more advanced. Amy, the General Manager was the eye doctor's assistant. She was wonderful. Such a friendly personality and she knew how to use all the equipment to connect info from exam room to wherever the eye doctor was.<br>Amy also helped repair my frames that I stepped on. She is awesome! I hope America's Best realizes what a rare gem of an employee she is and compensates and treats her well. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees who actually take pride in their job and are friendly to the customers too! Wish you continued success Amy!!!!”

The testing goes fast at Hamilton Eye, unlike at Wills Eye, that takes hours with one person per each test, test then waiting room, test then waiting room, test then waiting room. What a pleasant surprise at Hamilton Eye, they are doing something right to have a caring staff from front desk reception to the last stop of scheduling.”
