“Staff is caring and on top of things. One time I left a message about a contact issue and they called me on a Sunday to make an appointment for me. They actually asked someone if they would be willing to move their appointment. So nice of them. My eye was red and sore. Dr. Elwood listens to your issues or concerns. He is also patient. Best eye doctor that I have been too.“

“King of Prussia Wills Eye, is a heck of a lot better than Philadelphia. They are very professional and very nice, absolutely understood my anxiety issues and did everything to make me feel better and comfortable. They even numbed me enough to where I didn’t even feel the eye injections and unlike Philly, they were quicker it didn’t take 6 hours. They also offered to put me under when I get laser surgery. Since I have high anxiety. I don’t understand the bad reviews, they are not bad at all. Heck of a lot cleaner and doesn’t look like it’s going to fall apart on you, like Philly does. I highly recommend KOP Wills EYE.“

“I had an issue with flashes of light in my one eye. Called Dr Suydam’s office. Office was closed but could leave message for the doctor. He called me right back. Told me two things it could be. I wanted to get it checked out. He said the office doesn’t open til 9 but come in at 9. He took care of me. He is an awesome eye doctor and the staff is very nice and good.“

“My son had an emergency and needed to see an eye doctor. It was urgent, to determine if his optic nerve was pressing against his brain, and if there was swelling in the brain. I contacted the office and Kitty got my son an immediate appointment the next day. The doctor reviewed the results with us same day. Kitty made sure the results were promptly sent to the neurosurgeon and followed up with me to make sure the neurosurgeon received everything he needed. We received great, prioritized care, and the best customer service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!“
