Very poor customer service. When you call their phone number you rarely get an answer. When you leave a message you never get a response. Today, I called to assure their hours in order to pick up contact lenses and I was assured they would be open until 3:30. I drove from work in Philadelphia and arrived at 3:10, they were locked and dark with no signage to explain. I will not recommend.
Excellent service !!! I dealt with a gentleman named Dominic. He was awesome. Took care of all my needs. A top-notch employee. !!!!
BUT !! BUT !!! 👎👎
Seriously I wouldn't buy my glasses there ! Not gonna get into it !! My opinion cheap and inferior lenses !!

I ordered and paid for two pair of glasses in January. When I went in February to pick them up the lenses had been made incorrectly due to their mistake. They had to be remade and by time they were ready again it was March and COVID happened. I finally received a call that I could pick them up. I made an appointment and was told to wait in my car, to call them and they would let me know to come in. The woman who answered was unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed with me from the start. She sharply said we will meet you at the door, ok which door? Outside door, inside door, what? I did as I was told but still she acted as if the whole thing was a bother to her. When I said I needed to take my contacts out she was aggravated. I asked to wash my hands and she said "we can't let you back there". It was tone of voice and her demeanor that threw me off. She then went to her co worker and whispered in his ear. I said never mind and I took my contacts out without washing my hands. I tried to be upbeat and friendly but she wasn't having any of it. She snapped at me to put my chin up so she could try my glasses on me. I left with two cases with glasses, two bottles of lens wash and two lens wipes...all with out a bag to carry them. I clutched them to my chest so as not to drop them. The male co worker and her stared at me as I left. I am puzzled what I did to offend them. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER!!
