I called about a medical appt. And thy got me in right away(something my regular eye care place,Visionworks would not do). The receptionist Loraine was terrific! Interacting with her makes you want to come back! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mignogna was great!

i called ahead of time for an eyes appointment and for glasses. the person on the phone (tina?) was very nice and answered all our questions; she stated we could come the very NEXT day!! the next day when we get there, we were immediately greeted and seated. when we finished the paper work, i was immediately sent to a room. the doctor was both kind and funny and was easy to understand and helpful. i got a prescription that i could see with (!!!!!!!!). afterwards, while i was looking for a frame, one of the ladies assisted me while finding the round glasses i wanted. i’m so happy ㅠㅠ ㅠㅠ ㅠㅠ gotta wait for 2-3 weeks now! cant wait til they come :}

Dr. Mignogna and the staff at Vision Masters once again did an exceptional job with my latest visit. I went in for a routine eye exam as it has been a few years. I was greeted immediately and just had to update a few privacy papers through HIPPA. Dr.Mignogna had me in pretty quickly. A painless, thorough eye exam with some of his typical humor went pretty fast and I felt confident with my results. My favorite part is the air puff to the eye, it's like riding a roller coaster but not knowing when it's going to drop. Lastly the wonderful ladies helped me pick out a few glasses (nice selection I must say) and humored me while I tried to make them laugh with some that did...read full review
